The draft of the CCAC guidelines: Identification of scientific endpoints, humane intervention points, and cumulative endpoints is now ready for widespread review. This guidelines document has been carefully developed by a subcommittee of volunteer experts and will be part of a series of general guidelines documents on the ethics and care of all animals used for scientific purposes.
Help advance high standards for animal ethics and care in Canadian science by providing your insight and input by April 15, 2020.
We also encourage you to share the draft with others, or collaboratively review the guidelines with your colleagues. Please note that the draft document you receive will likely undergo significant change prior to final approval and publication.
